Who Holds You Birth Certificate Bond

There is a red number on back of your social security card, birth certificate, marriage license etc. This number holds a bond in your name. Your parents didn’t know that when they sign your birth certificate they signed you over to the government. I’m trying my best to get this information out there as soon as I find it, but they make it very difficult!
